Spiced Rhubarb & Rose Ramos Gin Fizz

60ml Gin
60ml Rhubarb, Ginger & Star Anise Syrup
30ml Light Cream
15ml Lime Juice
15ml Lemon Juice
1 Egg White
1 Dash of Rose Water
Soda Water

Dry shake all ingredients but the soda water, add ice and shake again. Strain into a coupe glass and top up with the soda water.
