20ml Light Rum
20ml Cynar
20ml Lime Juice
15ml Ginger Syrup
10ml Demerara Syrup
1 Dash of 151 Proof Rum

Shake all ingredients but the 151 proof rum and double strain into an old fashioned glass. Add the 151 proof rum.
