30ml Peach Purée
1 Teaspoon of Brown Sugar
15ml Lime Juice
60ml Gin
1 Pinch of Lime Zest
15ml Rosemary Syrup
Lemonade
Peach Slices (for Garnish)
Rosemary Sprig (for Garnish)
Shake all ingredients but the lemonade and strain into a coupe glass. Top up with the lemonade and add garnishes.
