Conde Niccolò

2 Ginger Slices
60ml Fernet Branca
30ml Lime Juice
30ml Cinnamon Syrup
Ground Cinnamon (for Garnish)
Apple Slice (for Garnish)

Muddle the ginger in a shaker, add the remaining ingredients and shake well. Double strain into a teacup and add garnishes.
