Blacktail Rum & Cola

1 Dash of Orinoco Bitters
15ml Fernet Branca
20ml Cola Syrup
30ml Light Rum
120ml Champagne
Lemon Twist (for Garnish)

Build all ingredients but the champagne into ice filled highball glass and stir. Top up with the champagne and add garnish.
