Valentine's Grapefruit

20ml Carpano Bianco
20ml Gran Classico
20ml Fernet Branca
2 Dashes of Grapefruit Bitters
Soda Water
Grapefruit Twist (for Garnish)

Build ingredients into an ice filled Collins glass, topping up with the soda water. Add garnish.
