Plumptious Beauty

30ml Chambord
30ml Cognac
30ml Lemon Juice
30ml Cinnamon Syrup
3 Dashes of Cherry Bitters
1 Plum (Quartered)
Cinnamon Stick (for Garnish)

Muddle the plum with the juice in a shaker, add the remaining ingredients, shake and strain into a brandy balloon glass. Add garnish.
