1 Sugar Cube
2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
3 to 5 Drops of Water
15ml Applejack
15ml Bourbon
2 Slices of an Apple (1 for Garnish)
Muddle the sugar cube, bitters and water in an old fashioned glass. Add ice, applejack and bourbon and stir. Squeeze the juice of an apple slice into the glass and add the other as a garnish.
