2 Spearmint Sprigs
20ml Lime Juice
30ml Simple Syrup
45ml White Rum
Soda Water
Spearmint Sprig (for Garnish)
Muddle the spearmint sprigs with the juice and syrup then add the rum and shake and strain ingredients into a highball glass filled with crushes ice. Top up the glass with soda water and add garnish.
