60ml Scotch
30ml Sweet Vermouth
2 Teaspoons of Angostura Bitters
2 Teaspoons of Maraschino Syrup
1 Piece of Lemon Zest
Maraschino Cherry (for Garnish)
Stir all ingredients but the zest, twist the zest over the coupe glass to release its oils and then finally strain the ingredients into the glass. Add garnish.
