Hazelnut Vodka Espresso

30ml Espresso
60ml Frangelico
15ml Vodka
Half a Teaspoon of Caster Sugar
1 Marshmallow
15ml 151 Proof Rum

Shake and strain the espresso, Frangelico, vodka and sugar into a heatproof coupe glass. Add the marshmallow and gently pour the rum over the marshmallow. Set the marshmallow alight and allow the fire to die down completely.
