Champagne Cocktail

1 Sugar Cube
6 Drops of Angostura Bitters
15ml Cognac
Champagne
Strawberry (for Garnish)

Put the sugar cube in a champagne flute, soak it with the angostura bitters, add the cognac and top up with champagne. Add garnish.
