Bruichladdich Penicillin

30ml Bruichladdich Oragnic Scotch
30ml Lemon Juice
5ml Honey
15ml Ginger Juice
Lemon Twist (for Garnish)

Shake and strain ingredients into a rocks glass. Add garnish.
