Fist Full Of Dollars

30ml Gin
15ml Luxardo Maraschino
40ml Delgado Zuleta 'La Goya' Manzanilla
20ml Lemon Juice
15ml Pineapple Gum Syrup
5 Dashes of Angostura Bitters

Shake and strain all ingredients but the bitters into a beer stein and float the bitters.
