Gotham Cocktail

60ml Cognac
30ml Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth
15ml Crème de Cassis
2 Dashes of Lemon Juice
Lemon Twist for Garnish

Stir the ingredients vigorously with cracked ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Add the garnish.
