Esquivel

60ml Light Rum
15ml Pineapple Juice
5ml Angostura Bitters
5ml Orange Bitters
Chilled Champagne
Orange Twist for Garnish
Ground Cinnamon for Garnish

Shake and strain all ingredients but the champagne into a chilled cocktail glass. Top up with a bit of champagne and add the garnishes.
