Mamie Taylor

1 Lemon Wedge
60ml Scotch
90ml Ginger Ale

Squeeze the juice from the lemon wedge into a highball glass and drop the wedge into the glass. Add ice, the scotch and ginger ale to the glass and stir briefly.
