Southside

4 Lemon Wedges
2 or 3 Tablespoons of Granulated Sugar
4 or 5 Mint Leaves
75ml Gin
Mint Sprig

Muddle the wedges, sugar and leaves well in a mixing glass. Ass ice and gin and shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass, adding the mint sprig as garnish.
