Seelbach

20ml Bourbon
15ml Triple Sec
7 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
7 Dashes of Peychaud's Bitters
120ml Chilled Brut Champage
Orange twist

Build in given order into champagne flue and stir. Add an orange twist as garnish.
