Tulio Oro

A Lemon Twist
23ml Limoncello
15ml Punt e Mes champagne
180ml Proscello

Shake all ingredients but the procello with the shaker half filled with ice. Strain into a champagne flute and add the proscello.

All that is known is that this cocktail was adapted from a recipe found in a restaurant in Washington.
