50ml Olmeca Altos Blanco Tequila
25ml Lime Juice
25ml Raspberry Syrup
Champagne
Mint Sprig (for Garnish)
Raspberry (for Garnish)
Shake all ingredients but the champagne and strain into an ice filled highball glass. Top up with the champagne and add garnishes.
