30ml Blanco Tequila
15ml Lime Juice
1 Teaspoon of Honey
2 Teaspoons of Yellow Chartreuse
1 Dash of Pimento Dram
1 Dash of Peychaud's Bitters
Champagne
Lime Twist (for Garnish)
Shake all ingredients but the champagne and double strain into a champagne flute. Top up with the champagne and add garnish.
