4 Dashes of Lemon Juice
1 Egg White
1 Teaspoon of Sugar

Shake ingredients vigorously and strain into a wine glass half filled with crushed ice.

Fantasia

60ml Brandy
30ml Dry Vermouth
3 Dashes of Crème de Menthe
3 Dashes of Maraschino Liqueur

Stir ingredients and strain into a cocktail glass.

Winter Palace

30ml Vodka
15ml Absinthe
2 Dashes of Grenadine

Shake ingredients and strain into a cocktail glass.

Seville Spritz

45ml Dry Vermouth
45ml Orange Juice
45ml Soda Water
Basil Leaf (for Garnish)

Build ingredients into a wine glass. Add garnish.

Champagne Cocktail

1 Sugar Cube
2-3 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
30ml Brandy
Champagne
Maraschino Cherry (for Garnish)
Orange Slice (for Garnish)

Put the sugar cube into a champagne flute and add the bitters. Allow the sugar cube to absorb the bitters before adding the remaining ingredients, topping up with the champagne. Add garnishes.

1 Teaspoon of Orange Bitters

Stir ingredients and strain into a Nick & Nora glass.

15ml Bailey's Irish cream

Build the sambuca into a shot glass and float the Bailey's on top.
