30ml Vodka
15ml Chartreuse

Shake ingredients and strain into a cocktail glass.

Champagne In Vain

30ml Lime Vodka
30ml Lime Juice
30ml Orange Juice
Champagne
Lime Twist (for Garnish)

Shake all ingredients but the champagne and strain into a champagne flute. Top up with the champagne and add garnish.

Chief Mouse

30ml Armagnac
30ml Marc de Bourgogne
Ginger Ale

Build ingredients into an ice filled tumbler glass, topping up with the ale, and stir.

Chicago

Lemon Juice
Caster Sugar
30ml Brandy
1 Dash of Curaçao
1 Dash of Angostura Bitters
Sparkling Wine

Rim a wine glass with the juice and sugar, stir the remaining ingredients except for the wine and strain into the rimmed glass. Top up the glass with the wine.
