30ml Port
30ml Dark Rum

Stir ingredients and strain into an old fashioned glass.

50ml Cognac
30ml Vanilla Liqueur
15ml Passionfruit Liqueur
30ml Lemon Juice
1 Dash of Vanilla Essence
1 Passionfruit Pulp (for Garnish)

60ml Vodka
20ml Galliano
20ml Lime Juice
30ml Pineapple Juice

Shake ingredients and strain into a cocktail glass.

15ml Apricot Brandy
15ml Light Rum
15ml Anisette
30ml Orange Juice
60ml Passionfruit Juice
1 Teaspoon of Orgeat Syrup
Half A Banana
Pineapple Spear (for Garnish)

Blend ingredients with crushed ice and pour into a beer glass. Add garnish.

Paradise Island

30ml Apricot Brandy
30ml Gin
2 Tablespoons of Orange Juice
1 Teaspoon of Shredded Coconut (for Garnish)

Shake ingredients and strain into a cocktail glass. Add garnish.

American Belle

15ml Cherry Liqueur
15ml Amaretto Di Saronno
15ml Bourbon

Float ingredients into a shot glass in given order.

Opium

10 Blueberries
6 Blackberries
2 Strawberries
4 Mint Leaves
15ml Sugar Syrup
30ml Light Rum
15ml Jaggard Lemon Myrtle
15ml Black Raspberry Liqueur
10ml Crème de Gingembre
45ml Cranberry Juice
Ginger (for Garnish)

Muddle the fruits wth the sugar syrup and mint leaves in a shaker, add the remaining ingredients and shake well. Pour into an old fashioned glass and add garnish.
