45ml Light Rum
1 And A Half Teaspoons Lime Juice
1 And A Half Teaspoons of Crème de Cassis
Mint Sprig (for Garnish)

Shake ingredients vigorously and strain into a martini glass. Add garnish.

Aloe Vera Martini

50ml Gin
15ml Aloe Vera Water
10ml Crème de Pêche
Orange Twist (for Garnish)

Shake ingredients and strain into a martini glass. Add garnish.

Pink Cadillac

30ml Crème de Cacao
15ml Galliano
15ml Grenadine
30ml Heavy Cream
1 Dash of Orange Juice

Shake ingredients and strain into a martini glass.

Golden Glow

45ml Whiskey
15ml Dark Rum
10ml Orange Juice
10ml Lemon Juice
1 Dash of Grenadine

Shake all ingredients but the grenadine and strain into a cocktail glass. Top up with the grenadine.

Glow Worm

45ml Whiskey
15ml Dark Rum
2 Teaspoons of Orange Juice
2 Teaspoons of Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoon of Orgeat Syrup

Shake ingredients and strain into a cocktail glass.

Orange Blossom

4 Orange Slices (1 for Garnish)
2 Teaspoons of Almond Syrup
60ml Gin
30ml Pink Grapefruit Juice
3 Dashes of Angostura Bitters

Put the orange slices and almond syrup in a highball glass and muddle. Add crushed ice and the remaining ingredients and stir. Add garnish.

30ml Bénédictine
30ml Dry Vermouth
90ml Gin
Lemon Peel (for Garnish)

Shake ingredients and strain into a large martini glass. Add garnish.
