60ml Suntory Whiskey
15ml Lemon Juice
Half A Teaspoon of Sugar
Soda Water
Orange Slice (for Garnish)
Maraschino Cherry (for Garnish)

Shake all ingredients but the soda water and strain into a cocktail glass. Top up with soda water and add garnishes.

15ml Amaro Lucano
10ml Maraschino Liqueur

White Negroni

30ml Plymouth Gin
30ml Lillet Blanc
30ml Suze
Grapefruit Twist (for Garnish)

Stir and strain ingredients into a coupe glass. Add garnish.

El Morocco

30ml Cognac
30ml Pineapple Juice
15ml Port
10ml Triple Sec
10ml Lime Juice
5ml Grenadine
Pineapple Slice (for Garnish)

Shake ingredients and double strain into a coupe glass. Add garnish.

Spiced Rhubarb & Rose Ramos Gin Fizz

60ml Gin
60ml Rhubarb, Ginger & Star Anise Syrup
30ml Light Cream
15ml Lime Juice
15ml Lemon Juice
1 Egg White
1 Dash of Rose Water
Soda Water

Dry shake all ingredients but the soda water, add ice and shake again. Strain into a coupe glass and top up with the soda water.

Dorian Gray

45ml Scotch
20ml Pear Liqueur
20ml Lemon Juice
15ml Dry Vermouth
15ml Maple Syrup
2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
Grated Nutmeg (for Garnish)

Shake ingredients and strain into a coupe glass. Add garnish.

20ml Light Rum
20ml Cynar
20ml Lime Juice
15ml Ginger Syrup
10ml Demerara Syrup
1 Dash of 151 Proof Rum

Shake all ingredients but the 151 proof rum and double strain into an old fashioned glass. Add the 151 proof rum.
