Machine Gun Kelly

45ml Ned Kelly Whisky
30ml Sweet Vermouth
30ml Dry Vermouth
1 Dash of Orange Bitters
Lemon Twist (for Garnish)

Shake ingredients and strain into a champagne flute. Add garnish.
