Sky Blossom

45ml Light Rum
15ml Triple Sec
15ml Grand Marnier
15ml Orgeat Syrup
45ml Light Cream
Grated Nutmeg (for Garnish)

Blend ingredients with crushed ice and pour into a tall glass. Add garnish.
