California Dreaming

2 Dashes of Kirsch
90ml Pineapple Juice
30ml Lemon Juice
Champagne
Pineapple Wedge (for Garnish)

Blend all ingredients but the champagne with ice and pour into a wine glass. Top up with the champagne and add garnish.
