Sloe-Ho

60ml Sloe Gin
30ml Lemon Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
15ml Egg White
Soda Water
Lemon Twist (for Garnish)

Shake all ingredients but the soda water and strain into an ice filled highball glass. Top up with the soda water and add garnish.
