Altura

60ml Bacardi Carta Blanca
25ml Pineapple Syrup
15ml Lime Juice
Lime Peel
30ml Dry Sparkling Wine
Mint Leaf (for Garnish)

Build the wine into a champagne flute, shake the remaining ingredients and strain into the flute. Add garnish.
