Echo

50ml Japanese Whisky
10ml Demerara Syrup
1 Teaspoon of Zucca Rabarbaro Amaro
10ml Yellow Chartreuse
Grapefruit Twist (for Garnish)

Stir ingredients and strain into an ice filled rocks glass. Add garnish.
