St. Augustine

Sugar
45ml White Rum
30ml Grapefruit Juice
1 Teaspoon of Cointreau
Lemon Twist (for Garnish)

Rim a cocktail glass with sugar, shake the remaining ingredients and strain into the rimmed glass. Add garnish.
