Pepe Collins

45ml Reposado Tequila
30ml Lemon Juice
15ml Agave Nectar
60ml Soda Water
Lemon Wedge (for Garnish)

Build all ingredients but the soda water into an ice filled old fashioned glass and stir. Top up with the soda water and add garnish.
