45ml Mezcal
15ml Pineapple Juice
15ml Lime Juice
15ml Aperol
10ml Crème de Pêche
10ml Simple Syrup
30ml Sparkling Water
Pineapple Wedge (for Garnish)
Shake all ingredients but the sparkling water and strain into a crushed ice filled hurricane glass. Top up with the sparkling water and add garnish.
