Kiss The Boys Goodbye

30ml Cognac
30ml Sloe Gin
1 Teaspoon of Lemon Juice
Half An Egg White
Lemon Wedge (for Garnish)

Shake ingredients and strain into an ice filled rocks glass. Add garnish.
