Grapefruit Americano

30ml Grapefruit Infused Campari
30ml Rosso Vermouth
Soda Water
Grapefruit Wheel (for Garnish)

Build ingredients into an ice filled highball glass and top up with the soda water. Gently stir and add garnish.
