Fig And Thyme Cooler

60ml Dry Vermouth
30ml Lemon Juice
30ml Fig And Thyme Syrup
45ml Soda Water
Thyme Sprig (for Garnish)

Shake all ingredients but the soda water and strain into an ice filled highball glass. Top up with the soda water and add garnish.
