Ephemeral

60ml Gin
30ml Dolin Blanc Vermouth
1 Teaspoon of St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
1 Dash of Celery Bitters
Grapefruit Twist (for Garnish)

Stir ingredients and strain into a coupe glass. Add garnish.
