Black Bison

4 Blackcurrants
60ml Zubrowka Vodka
4 Teaspoons of Chambord or Crème de Mure
15ml Lime Juice
1 Dash of Sugar Syrup
Blueberry (for Garnish)

Muddle the blackcurrants in a shake, add the remaining ingredients, shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Add garnish.
