Keep It Up

90ml Champagne
15ml Cognac
1 Dash of Angostura Bitters
30ml Orange Juice
1 Sugar Cube
Orange Wedge (for Garnish)

Add the sugar cube to a champagne flute, then build the rest of the ingredients except the champagne into the flute and stir. Add the champagne, gently stir and add garnish.
