Pleasure Shiver

15ml Vodka
15ml Amaretto
15ml Triple Sec
15ml White Crème de Cacao
30ml Cream
Cinnamon (for Garnish)

Shake and strain ingredients into a cocktail glass. Sprinkle the cinnamon on top.
