Mason Daisy

60ml Cognac
15ml Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoon of Orange Liqueur
1 Teaspoon of Gum Syrup
2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
30ml Ginger Beer

Shake all ingredients but the ginger beer and strain into a coupe glass. Top up with the ginger beer.
