Daisy

60ml Cognac
15ml Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoon of Orange Liqueur
1 Teaspoon of Gum Syrup
30ml Seltzer Water

Shake all ingredients but the seltzer water and strain into a coupe glass. Top up with the seltzer water.
