Apple Rickey

30ml Apple Brandy
20ml Lime Juice
10ml Sugar Syrup
90ml Soda Water
Lime Twist (for Garnish)

Build all ingredients but the soda water into an ice filled highball glass and stir. Top up with the soda water and add garnish.
