15ml Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoon of Orange Liqueur
1 Teaspoon of Gum Syrup
30ml Seltzer Water

Shake all ingredients but the seltzer water and strain into a coupe glass. Top up with the seltzer water.

60ml London Dry Gin
100ml Ginger Ale
30ml Lemon Juice
Lemon Wedge (for Garnish)

Build ingredients into an ice filled highball glass and gently stir.

Everlong Island Ice Tea

15ml Vodka
15ml Gin
15ml Light Rum
15ml Tequila
15ml Cointreau
15ml Lemon Juice
Cola
Lemon Wedge (for Garnish)

Shake all ingredients but the cola and strain into an ice filled highball glass. Top up with the cola and add garnish.

60ml Brandy
30ml Port
30ml Dry Vermouth
2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters

Stir ingredients and strain into a cocktail glass.

30ml Brandy
30ml Apple Brandy
1 Dash of Apricot Brandy

Stir ingredients and strain into a cocktail glass.

Zandaria

30ml Brandy
30ml Tia Maria
45ml Heavy Cream
1 Pinch of Nutmeg (for Garnish)

Shake ingredients and strain into an old fashioned glass. Add garnish.

Apple Rickey

30ml Apple Brandy
20ml Lime Juice
10ml Sugar Syrup
90ml Soda Water
Lime Twist (for Garnish)

Build all ingredients but the soda water into an ice filled highball glass and stir. Top up with the soda water and add garnish.
