Rum As You Are

2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
2 Dashes of Lime Bitters
2 Teaspoons of Caster Sugar
30ml Water
120ml Light Rum
30ml Dark Rum
Lime Twist (for Garnish)

Build the bitters, sugar and water into an old fashioned glass and stir until the sugar has dissolved, add the light rum and stir again and add the dark rum and stir again. Add garnish.
