Reverse Cherry Martini

6 Preserved Cherries (1 for Garnish)
45ml Sweet Vermouth
15ml Gin
5ml Citric Solution

Muddle the cherries in a shaker, add the remaining ingredients and shake well. Double strain into a cocktail glass and add garnish.
