30ml Gold Tequila
4 Drops of Tabasco Sauce
30ml Sambuca

Pour the tequila into an old fashioned glass, float the tabasco sauce and add the sambuca.

40ml Ocho Blanco Tequila
30ml El Yucateco Horchata Concentrate
30ml Coco Lopez
15ml Manzanilla Sherry
8 Pineapple Cubes
A Scoop of Coconut Flesh
1 Pinch of Sea Salt
Pineapple Leaf (for Garnish)

Blend ingredients and pour into an empty coconut or mason glass. Add garnish.

El Dorado

30ml Light Rum
30ml Advocaat
30ml Crème de Cacao
2 Teaspoons of Grated Coconut

Shake ingredients and strain into a cocktail glass.

Brandy Fizz

60ml Brandy
30ml Lemon Juice
Soda Water

Shake the brandy and juice and strain into a tumbler glass. Top up with the soda water.

30ml Cherry Brandy
30ml Lemon Juice
Lemon Slice (for Garnish)

Build ingredients into an ice filled rocks glass and stir. Add garnish.

90ml Orange Juice
2 Teaspoons of Galliano
Orange Wedge (for Garnish)
Maraschino Cherry (for Garnish)

Shake the vodka and juice and strain into an ice filled highball glass. Float the Galliano and add garnishes.

30ml Yellow Chartreuse
30ml Aperol
